JULY 3, 2013...I WAS 23 YEARS OLD!

Such gentle hands helped me on my way to new horizons, thanks to Dr. Jason and his special gift.

Although my mommy's heart was broken, she is at peace and comfort. So important, because I did not want her to be sad, although it was hard to say goodbye, your kind words assured her we would meet again!

Thank you for being so gentle with me. I was not scared at all and could feel your warmth and love even though you had only just met me!

I wish I could have gotten a chance to know you better. It is not often you meet such a special person as yourself!

Also, thank you for taking the time to let me say goodbye to my brother and sister pets; they needed to know where I was going and wanted to pay their respects as well. SO VERY THOUGHTFUL!

Dr. Jason you are truly a friend to our family and we will think of you often, as we are aware someone special was with us that day that led us down the path to you!

I was very much in need of your help and you came on such short notice. Thank you, my friend, for taking such gentle care of my mommy and me. You will not be forgotten.

When we think of this day we will think of you, and it will not be a sad occasion, but a blessed one WITH GOOD MEMORIES...because I am just taking a long nap and when I wake up I will be with my mommy again!!!!!!
