Witnessing as these last months stole Scout's health and his comfort has been my greatest heartbreak. And the thought of walking through this life without him wagging beside me is overwhelming. He's been by my side for 9 of the best years of my life. And I promised to remain at his side until those sweet brown eyes closed for the last time.

Just thinking and thinking of sweet Scout and trying to get thru the day without him. We miss him so much. I keep thinking of watching you driving away with my heart in your car. Jason, your kindness to our family will always be in my heart.
